RoboCell Automated Cell Culture System Logistics
RoboCell, made by Celltrio, is a modular robotic platform that automates cell line culturing, harvesting and cryogenic storage. It ships as a set of fully enclosed crates on pallets, and a lab waiting on that delivery has no room for a damaged module or a slipped install date.
RapidMed Logistics moves automated cell culture systems on dedicated single-load vehicles. When the crates have already reached your dock, our white-glove crews can also come out for the onsite work alone.

Hot shot transport
A dedicated air-ride, climate-controlled vehicle carries your crates and nothing else, running point to point with no terminal stops along the way. Pickup is available the same day across Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC and North Carolina, with next-day delivery available nationwide.
Onsite support, no truck needed
If the freight is already at your building, we can send a 2-person or 3-person white-glove crew on its own to handle uncrating, inside delivery and room placement.
What the crew does onsite
- Open the fully enclosed wooden crates at your dock using power tools
- Roll the wheeled modules from the dock to the lab
- Move crates and modules that have no wheels on furniture dollies
- Set each module in position as the manufacturer's representatives direct
- Remove the crate lumber, packing and other debris when we are done
Planning checklist
Send us the following with your quote request so we can match the right vehicle and crew to the job:
- How many pallets or crates there are, with the dimensions and weight of each
- Photos of the crates or the shipping paperwork
- Pickup and delivery ZIP codes, or the site address if you only need an onsite crew
- Whether the shipment is domestic or international
- The date you would like the work done
- Whether a forklift and operator will be available on site
- The route from dock to lab: door openings, elevators and which floor the lab is on
What we do not do
We do not assemble, calibrate or commission the system. That work belongs to the manufacturer's technicians. Our job is to get every module to the right room in the condition it shipped in, and we schedule our arrival around their install window.

- Can you help if the freight has already been delivered?
- Yes. Onsite-only crews are available. If the crates are already sitting at your dock, we can send a 2-person or 3-person white-glove team to uncrate them, bring the modules to the lab and place them, without a truck.
- How fast can you pick up?

- No. RapidMed Logistics is an independent medical equipment logistics company. RoboCell is a Celltrio product, and we name it here only to describe the type of equipment we can transport and handle.
