- What kind of vehicle will my shipment travel on?
- We match the vehicle to the load. Smaller shipments go on a cargo van or similar vehicle; larger ones go on a straight truck or other vehicle sized to the freight. Whichever we use, the shipment travels alone without transfers.
- Do you deliver after hours and on weekends?
- Yes. We are open 24/7 and can dispatch at night, on weekends and on holidays. Delivery at the other end depends on when the receiving facility can accept it, so tell us the receiving hours when you call.
- Will the driver bring the shipment inside?
- On request. We can deliver to the dock, use a liftgate where there is none, or send a crew to bring the shipment inside and place it in the department or room you name. Mention stairs, elevators and doorway limits when you request a quote.
- How much does shipping medical supplies cost?
